EAD approved, LUD on I 140 .. what do i make of it ????

I applied using a preapproved labor (EB2), paper work was sent on 07/01/05. Recept for I140 received on 07/19/2005. received FP on 7/30/2005. The first LUD on I140 was 07/22/05. I checked the status again today and EAD has been approved but there was a LUD of 8/5/2005 on I140. What am i supposed to make of this, can i expect a RFE/denial.????

The reason i am scared is:

I have been working with my current company for 3 years, the pre approved labor i am using is dated : 12/29/1998

The labor has a requirement for a MS Computer Science/Information Systems + 3 months experience.

I have a MS Computer engineering(US) and a BS in Computer Engineering( from India). I completed my masters degree on: 12/19/1998. Before I started my masters program i had a 1 year experience in India. I was also employed as graduate assistant for 1 year while i was pursuing my Masters degree.

Do i qualify ? I have two reasons to doubt it:

1. The LC states MS Computer Science and i have a MS in Computer engineering. ( though the course work was very similar)

2. The LC states 3 months, but i graduated 10 days before the date of the LC, but i do have over a years experience before that.

please suggest ...

Same details. I don't think LUD means RFE or denial

I have exactly same details like your 140/485 application.
Applied for them along with 131 and 765 with notice date of 07/19/05 and recd. Fp notice on 07/30 for 08/10 appt.1st LUD on all applications 07/22.
I didn't use subst. labor though.
Can you tell when your EAD was approved and how did you know it. Did you recieve the EAD in post.

My EAD was approved 8/5/2005. Received an email and the online status also reflects the same. Keepin my fingers crossed for my I140

when was ur notice date on your 485 ??? and after ur FP, did u get any LUDS ??? and please list them out please....
mY 140/485 RD IS 7/13 AND ND IS 7/20 and still waiting for EAD ......
