My eFiled EAD was approved on 12/16/03. (2nd EAD). The EAD RD was 10/03/03. (TSC).

In my case, the manner of last entry was H1 and am not in
H1 any more. I have already started using EAD..

so i put, H1 in "manner of last entry" and current immigration
status i left it blank because there is no matching option
for peding AOS.. And in Additional comment text box, i have mentioned that i have pending AOS.

In your case, "Last manner of Entry" will be "Advance Parole"

Received EAD Cards for myself and for my wife on X-mas Eve.

In my case, old EAD expiers in Jan 7th 2004. But new one
has Dec 17, 2003 (approval date) to Dec 16, 2004.

For my wife, new Card has Jan8th 2004 (day after
current EAD exp) to Jan 7th 2005.


I thought it will be always from current EAD exp in case it is
approved before the current exp date. Not a big deal for me
because i lost only 15 days.

And, we did E-filing and digital photos were taken in local
ASC. But the photos were really dark. If i have sent those
kind of photos for any application USCIS would have rejected
for sure.


Anyways as long as i got the card without any critical mistake
iam happy. Because in my first EAD they messed up the A#.


Just thought of letting you guys know about the different
possible Date range for Eads.
