EAD Approved-Can I start new job

My EAD renewal was approved July 8 as per email from usics and online status change.
I am the dpenedendent of a 485. Now, question is, my new job start date is July 14. Can I start based on online status and approval email- or do i have to wait for physical card to arrive

When you join on EAD, your company needs the copy of the front and back side of EAD card. So I guess you need to wait to get your card.

My case is like yours, dependent and I am joining the new Company. The new company asked me to get the copy of EAD card.

Company should be fine as long as aproval date is early

I guess company should be fine- lets hopw i get the card asap
