EAD - approved BUT..

Hello,
My case is approved as per online on 7 MAy, till date I have not received the approval notice or the card, Is anyone in the same situation --any suggesstions.

Approved on June 11th

My case was approved on June 11th. My wife was approved around the same date. She got her card in 3 days. I havent received mine. I will call the customer service and let them know.
 
first time called in june and was asked to call after 1 month
then again in july and was asked to call after 10th july and is going on..
 
The name is there in the mail box and getting other mails.. talked to representative and she gave another 30 days to get an answer.. had to wait and see.
