EAD approved, but card not received; AVM says case not found

1. My wife\'s EAD was approved on Aug 29th and I have received the approval notice also. But EAD not yet received. What do I do? My EAD was approved on same day (Aug 29th) and I received my EAD after 2 weeks. What shall I do for my wife\'s EAD?

2. When I check AVM for I-485 status, it says "case not found". Same for my wife and son\'s case. Is this a problem? What if RFE is issued and my lawyer did not reply? How will I know? Anybody experienced "case not found".

Yes, I am new here. But your tone sounds as if you are "know-it-all" person. What makes you think that it will be trouble if the case is not found on AVM?
