EAD approved but AP still pending

Mine was a concurrent filling (I-140/765/131/I-485) with a subs labour in TSC with a receipt date 03/17/03.

FP completed on 05/06/03
EAD approved on 07/16/03

I have two questions and your help is greatly appreciated.

1) My attorney is telling that he has not received my I-140 receipt. I am not getting a proper response from my attorney. Is it possible to get I-140 receipt number with involving the attorney.(As my EAD is approved does it mean that the BCIS has received my I-140)

2) Any idea as to how long will i take to approve I-131.

--- Attorney may be correct, if you have the bank check# that you sent to BCIS you can ask the cashed bank copy and back of the cashed check you will fin the receipt # then check online and take printout
Is it possible to get I-140 receipt number with involving the attorney.(As my EAD is approved does it mean that the BCIS has received my I-140)
---- if your EAD is approved it means BCIS has received your I-140 and I-485( it does not mean that they have approved I-140 if that was concurrently filed it may be approved or it may be still pending)

2) Any idea as to how long will I take to approve I-131.
