Hello Everyone ,
I would like to share good news with you. My EAD got approved after contacting the congressman.

EAD RD : Sep 3 2003 (i and my wife)
EAD RFE issued on : Nov 13 2003 ( I and my wife. "RFE Details:left eye is not visible resend photos" )
RFE replied : Nov 26 2003
RFE received : Dec 1 2003

Contact the congressman (Jim Gerlech Pa-6) in : jan 5 2004

Case was approved : jan 22 2004.

I did walk-in to his office. But I wrote my story in another paper.
Once you goto their office they have a Privacey release form you have to fill that and attach your case details. that is it nothing special format

what was the reply from Gerlach and are you sure your approval had anything to do with it?

Pretty sure. because the lady in his office (Buckcounty office) called couple of times vermont service center. they told HER they can approve EAD first . they can't do with AP.

Well, today (tomorrow) my so called FP results expire! Did it on October 24, 2002. I am on second AP, EAD that expire in August 04..
I-485 filed on August 13 with ND August 15, 2002.

Actually it is more like "frustration day".

My company which could get the title of most difficult in the US very easily, changed name. I asked legal from December what to do and the lawyer and I am given the VSC processing times instead!
I told them my FP expire, no response.
I asked them for expedite as I am working on defense issues they said is a conflict of ethical interest! Not to mention that it took them six months to find out what "permanent job" means and if I have one! Nice guys..

I think I should fire the Lawyer first. Any ideas? I do not need any other for now. If I receive RFE let be it.
Second I should ask for a meeting with my Congressman...
