Lawyer just informed that my EAD has been approved today (RD 2/27/01, ND 3/6/01). I\'m a little dissappointed cause this might mean that my I-485 approval might be a while longer (EB3-Other, RD 6/6/00, ND 6/27/00).

EAD Approved 5/30/01, I-485 might be a while longer?

rpi75, so INS is working on EAD renewals like 90 days back, what do you say? my RD is 3/8 and ND is 3/12, do you think I can expect mine soon, it is almost 90 days. Is 90 days means, working days or days from the RD/ND?
By the way, congratulations, but don\'t get disappointed by EAD approval, who knows they might be working next on your 485! Do you know any others getting EAD renewals after your dates, pl. reply!

Does any of these could be a cause for second RFE ?
1).
My name is spelled differently in different docs
Passport : "Shiv Kumar Vati"
Immigration documents : "Shiv Vati"
DOB certificate : "ShivKumar Vati"
2).
At the time of applying for I-485, I have sent affidavits from my MOM. NSC send me a RFE asking for non-availability certificate from local govt officials. I replied for to the RFE by sending BC with registration date as 7/2000.
Post RFE update of my case, talked with IIO at NSC this morning.
File "move to an officer desk" on 5/29/01.
Expected day of processing depends on the officer work load.
AVM still says \'0\' days.
