26-Jul-2004. Waiting to get cards by mail.

Notice date : 02-April-2004
Got RFE for passport copies on 28th June-2004
Replied to RFE on 8-Jul-2004

Congrats Nake0528!

Please post the validity dates for your EAD once you receive the card. CIS has been talking about EADs valid for > 1 yr but we have not seen many such cases yet... Would be interesting to see your validity period.

Do you remember what was the last updated date on your cases before you got the RFE ? Since on mine the receipt shows a different ND and the website shows different ? Did you have the same thing ?

Sorry , forgot to mention, the center is VSC.

When I sent reply to REF , I only mailed the copies of passport pages having picture id.

Last updated date before RFE was 28-Jun-2004.

Last week I received EAD (New Style) for my wife. It is valid for one year.
 
EAD card arrived with 1 year validity

Hi all
My EAD card arrived in 5 days after approval with 1 year validity...AP is also approved....

Receipt date 2nd April-2004 at VSC.
