EAD approvals.

filed my EAD on 3/21. Still not approved. Any body in the same boat. The VSC processing times has not updated since May 18th
 
I filed my paper EAD#3 application on 03/17/2005 at VSC. It got approved on 05/24/2005. A little over 2 months.

RD: 03.26.2003
I140 AD: 12.15.2004
I485 AD: pending security checks

I did send an e-mail to FBI in early April 05 - so I have to wait for another 3-4 months before I can get a reply from them.
I did not send e-mail to FBI earlier because I called VSC once and was told that all my security checks are complete and my file is in adjudication area. Now 7 months later, past 2 status enquiry and one expedite request I see that it was a lie. Security checks (I would say FBI Name check) is still pending. So I could guess what FBI response is going to be.

FOIPA from FBI came back with "no records ..."

Request FOIA in INS. When you get the response you know for sure if the name check is done.
 
i field my EAD online on 4/18 with fingerprints taken on 4/22. Please keep us informed on when yours is approved. Should be anytime now. Best of Luck.

EAD renewal pending since March 23

Spouse's EAD renewal was filed with RD of March 23, 2005. There is no news so far. VSC seems to be following LIFO. VSC's EAD processing date has now moved to Apr 23, 2005. Spouse needs the EAD to continue working beyond July 7th. Don't know what to do.
 
I applied mine on Feb 26 and got it on April 6. It took about 2 - 3 months. Don't worry!
