Hello ,

furinsh your EAD approval or waiting for approval here .

Is any one waitng for more than 2 months for EAD approval. What is current time fram. My current EAD is expiring in Sep 1 st week.

EAD waiting with RD of MAY 8

I have applied EAD for my wife on MAY 8 2003.Still waiting for EAD approval.It is a new application not a renewal.

Anybody else??....

Applied May 28th, 2003. Transferred to Baltimore June 20th, 2003. Still waiting and waiting and waiting.

Well...nothing much happening. Specially when I cannot check my update online after transferred to local office. Anyway in Rupnet, today 2 guys approved EAD which applied on May, 2003. It took around 40 days for them.

How can i know that it is in VSc or in Baltimore center?
Is there any difference in e-filing and by post? Bcos i noticed one application got approved who applied on RC - 05/29/03 did thru e-filing.

EAD renewal approved

BCIS/INS never fails to surprise me....

After reading about all kinds of horror stories regarding RFE's being raised, I filed for EAD renewal almost 4 months prior to the expiration of current EAD and guess what, BCIS approved my EAD renewal in exactly 30 days....

I wish they were equally fast with processing 485 apps too....

RD: 06/16/2003
ND : 06/23/2003
AD : 07/16/2003

Hello Friends:

My dates are as follows for the EAD, I 485, I 130, AP:

Notice Date for all 4 : 6/17/03
Transfer date for all 4 : 6/24/03
Finger print Date : 7/17/03

*Is there a interview required for EAD as well!?(I am not sure)

*So, new EAD taking 3 - 4 months for approval is all myth !!
Going by what I see from others looks like it takes more than 6
months.

*Does calling local baltimore office or a visit will help in
forecasting the interview dates?.
