Hi , Can all CSC approvals of EAD post here with their ND and RD's.

RD : 8/25
Status : Still waiting for approval of EAD.

EAD: Still waiting, already 143 days today

BCIS website and Voicemail said it is taking 120 to 140 days to process but it's been way over that and still no result! I think they stopped releasing EAD when unemployment data went up. They don't want foreign people to get a job. That sucks!!! Can anyone please contact Saddam and ask him to send a missile to all BCIS offices so this pain of waiting forever will end?

Both my and my spouse's EAD got approved on March 18, 2003

I-140/I-485 (concurrent) + AP + EAD
RD: Oct 3, 2002, ND: Oct 8,2002 (for all above)

I-140 approved on Feb 10, 2003 (after RFE)
AP approved on Feb 20,2003
EAD approved on March 18. 2003 (yet to receive card)
AOS: Pending
