EAD Approvals at VSC

Hi Guys,

Has any one of you applied for an EAD renewal to VSC on or after March 2003 and has actually received an approval?

My RD for EAD renewal is March 6th and I have not yet heard anything !!!

If you are in this timeframe please post your data as it will really help me..

Also do we need Notice of Approval form for I-765 to apply for Interim EAD... Unfortunately I never received this form, BUT i have my EAC number and the online message confirms that my application was received by INS on March 6th

Here is my 2nd EAD renewal details @ VSC

RD: 13Mar.03
ND: 14Mar.03
AD: 02May.03
Plastic EAD Card Received in mail : 16May03

Hope this helps. Call IIO and check with him.

Do you directly call the 1800 national customer service number for BCIS... I called them thrice and they tell the same damn thing that I have to wait till June 6th (90 days)...

After 90 days do u think they will take my personal eac number and look into the case?

EAD Approved

Hello:

RD: April 20th
EAD: Approved on June 10th
Advance Parole: June 10th

I got my EAD, but not the AP. I am still hoping to receive the finger print date. I guess, it takes around 9 months at VSC
