EAD approval

This afternoon my EAD is approved after RFE is replied. I thought this EAD would trigger 140.

Now are there any situations where 140 is touched/approved a week after EAD is approved?

My EAD ND is 10/21/2003
My 140 ND is 7/15/2003

My case is exactly same as yours...

140/EAD RD is 28-Oct-2003

Got a RFE on EAD on 17-Feb-2004

EAD got approved on 1-March-2004

But .. nothing happend in my 140 case.. they are not doing that kind of magic with our kind of cases.. However i have noticed a person had that luck...

i am waiting with fingers crossed for a week already..

however if nothing comes up.. i am planning to apply my AP after 15 days hopping that will trigger my 140 ....

My I-140 is approved JUST NOW (April 6 2004). I don't know if EAD triggered but certainly there were lot of approvals this week that i noticed. So CIS is sweating very much to get these approvals going :)

My RD is July 15, 2003.

Concurrentfiling RD: 7/15/2003
EAD RD: 10/21/2003
EAD APPROVED: April 2, 2004
I-140 APPROVED: April 6, 2004
 
What was ur RFE on?

I got an RFE on my EAD and replied on 15th Feb and I still haven't received my EAD. (My Photos didnot meet the specifications)
