EAD approval time ?

Hi,

I see that some people who applied in 2004 have already got their EAD approved.

However, when I look at the chart of processing times on the USCIS website, they say they are doing November 2003 cases (Employment Authorization based on a pending I-485 application)

How is this possible ?

They usually update it after they are done with that month. Some people from those months must be left for approvals.

Also processing changes in service centers are making things more haphazard.

Latest Update: EAD based on I-485 being processed for January' 2004.
