EAD approval from June 2001 Application.

EAD approved and EAD card waiting.

EAD approved for me and spouse.

I checked INS AMS, my EAD was approved on 09/18/01. Does any body know how long to take to receive the EAD card from EAD approval date?
 
EAD approved as per AVM

My EAD RD Jun 4 2001 and ND : 27 July 2001 is approved in NSC as per AVM on Sep 19th 2001.

Just heard from my lawyer that EAD has been approved for me + spouse.
Hope to receive the card in a week or 2. No sign of AP / FP yet.
 
travel to Omaha or not?

I sent my AOS/EAD/Ap application in July 31 2001 for me and my family; I have the receipts from all applications:

RD 08/01/2001
ND 09/15/2001

The receipt for EAD show up a 80 days processing time.

My H1B visa will expire in 10/01/2001 and I\'m ready to file the extension of H1B to INS.

My goal is to try to get the temporary EAD tomorrow or Friday and to avoid the filling of H1B visa extension. My local INS is Omaha and I\'m from Iowa City.

What are the chances to get the temporary EAD earlier?

Me and spouse received the EAD cards in mail today.

EAD approved 09/17
AVM changed 9/19
