EAD Applied in MAR-2007 @TSC - Approvals please post here

Hi Friends - Starting new thread to track I-765 Filings/approvals in March 2007. Please post your details and any approvals.

Most of applications transfered to TSC part of Bi-Specialization in around March 1st and 2nd week. There could be substantial delay of processing for applications recieived for renewal in early march.

My EAD renewal RD: 3/13/2007 at TSC and pending.

So if our case transferred from VSC to TSC then we need to apply EAD/AP renewal at TSC ? I thought we still need to send EAD/AP renewal to VSC?

My receipt Date to TSC is also March

March 11 got a LUD, still waiting. Hope there will be any approvals.
First time EAD, I-140 approved on March 9th.
 
Check not cashed yet

I applied on march 12 th for EAD and AP, Still checks not encashed for EAD, got USPS dilivery confirmation but now its more then two weeks hence little bit worried. Did any of you guys EAD check got encashed ?, kindly reply
 
hi smurthy8 - My EAD and AP received on 3/13/2007 @ TSC and they encashed my cheques on the next day. I got the receipt numbers from my bank check images. ( back of my cheque ).

I think this is a long wait, you are almost 30 days. Call customer service, they will transfer you to the center and by the A# they will till you if received or not. (my wife sent her in 03/23 and no news yet too)

Do you mean March?
 
Spouse applied electronically on March 11 (RD for EAD/AP). 485 was tranferred from VSC to TSC on March 2 for both of us. I applied for EAD/AP electronically on March 8 (although my EAD/AP went to VSC for some reason). Both of us got fingerprinting notices for April 3 (the mail came from Nebraska if I recall correctly) - which we completed. Now waiting for approval. LUD was 4/05 although message has not changed.
 
My EAD was approved today. Per previous post, case is TSC but EAD application went to VSC. e-filed on March 8. Spouse is still pending.

I am also not sure where to paper file EAD after the VSC-TSC case transfer? My guess is TSC since our cases are pending there.
 
My AP approved today (April 12). e-filed on March 8 went to VSC even though 485 was transferred to TSC on March 2.

Any news, My wife applied 03/23, no receipt, no cashing of check. What is going on with TSC?

We just received my wife's I-765 receipt notice (15 days to be received by USCIS and 23 days to arrive to us), The check did not show up yet with the online bank account.
 
electronic app. faster than paper-based in TSC?

I applied a paper-based EAD for my wife on Mar 27. Got the receipt notice but I didnt get fingerprint notice for her up until now. I (primary applicant) applied EAD electronically last week and I got the fingerprint notice today. I didnt even receive receipt notice for my EAD yet. Again, I applied for AP for both me and my wife electronically on Mar 30. I got AP approved on April 16th. I am cursing myself for applying a paper-based EAD for my wife. So anyway, it looks like electronic apps. are moving faster than the paper-based ones. Anyone else has similar or opposite experience?

I have applied 3 EAD till now and working for 4th one, and I always file paper based and never did any finger printing for EAD. So my guess is no fingerprinting for paper based EAD applications.:)
 
With the help of Senator followup to USCIS, my EAD approved today. Needed the EAD card by 5/4/2007 to continue my employment.

Approved MArch EAD TSC...and changed address

I am first time applying for EAD.
I received email today that my EAD cards are oredered.

My question is just last week I moved to new address.
I changed address online three days ago.

My all receipts for I485, I765 and I131 are sent to lawyer's address.
When I got approval for AP all those approval notices went to lawyers addresses. Even finger printing notice when in duplicate to lawyer and one direct to us.

My question is the EAD cards will go to lawyer or to our NEW or OLD address?

I think logically in my case everything will go to lawyer as the receipts are sent to lawyer.

Gurus please expand.
