Although USCIS have everything available online, but you never know who has received your application and if he/she doesnt see fingerprint receiving notice in your application and doesnt take a look online in their system, you can be rejected, so why take that chance ?

How to find that email id where we can ask them about fingerprints? In email, i think we'll mention Alien# or I-589 Receipt#. Right?

What kind of mail we need to send; i mean signature reqd or Delivery Conf or just Priority mail?

My dependent (daughter) is 15 years old. So, i'll be filling the forms for her. So, do i need to put my name as Preparer or just N/A (as I am the main applicant anyway)
 
How you guys did it For EAD application for yourself & dependents; did you create separate bundles for everyone and sent as one packet? OR just one big bundle for all and added Forms & supporting docs for all into one big bundle?
 
I have a question, I see that most of you are from Texas, too. Is it enough to bring the receipt from EAD to get a driver’s license? Or do we have to wait for the actual EAD to receive a DL in Texas?

It all depends on how your local DMV acts

I experience different treatment at DMV each time, plus the service agent in front of at that time

Try emailing to Texas DMV , go to their website and explain the situation to them. Whatever their response comes will be final.

Thank you. I’ll try contacting them. I know that ead receipt works for DL renewal, so I was wondering if it will work for first time DL. If anyone has any experience, please share.
