Is there anyone among those on the pending asylum list who has applied I-765 (employment authorization)?
I have 10 days left to make 150 days, I'm thinking of organizing my I-756 now. How long does it take to receive the employment authorization?

Before you apply, call the asylum office to make sure that the application is still pending. The decision might have already been made and sent to the wrong address.

In my case, it took me exactly 30 days to receive the EAD.

I have the same story, i applied a month ago and still "Initial review" what do you suggest me to do?
