Hello,

Creating this tracker for EAD/AP files in SEP 2006.

I filed (mail) for EAD on 6th SEP. Received the acknowledgment notice on SEP 14 th. There was a LUD on SEP 13th. This is my 3rd EAD..
 
Filed Paper Application on 09-22-06


Current one Expires on 12-01-06
God Willing, I will receive it before 12-01
 
Anbody else filed on the same time frame and recieved any approval LUD etc..I did not see any activity on my case after the first LUD..
 
EAD in Sept

Folks,
My EAD (1st) was filed on 15th Sept. It got approved on 26th Sept and card reached me on 4th October.

See details in signature below. Mine is EB1, though.

our 2nd ead&ap filed on sep 28th and both ead and ap(for primary) got approved on oct 6th. so totally it took 7 days for the approval. out 485 is pending since jan 2006. I-140 is approved two months back.

Thanks for your response. did you apply for EAD at Vermont service center? mine is pending at Vermont please clarify..

EAD renewal

I did applied for my 3rd EAD renewal and got reciept dated 13-Sep-06. Waiting on approval. No LUD changes from there on.
Pls share updated info, in case if any one else gets any further updates.

how do we check with FBI??

i am going for FP tomorrow, you have mentioned that your FP got cleared same day, do you mean your security check was cleared (name check) or that your finger print was accepted??
 
I did a manual search for around 50 EAC numbers falls in SEP 7 ND and noticed that only very few of them are approved so far that too in Oct first week, so we should expect our approvals within 1-2 weeks
 
Why so many LUDs after AP approval?

Hi,

I noticed LUDs continuously even after the approval of AP. See below my signature for detail. What is going on? Is there anybody who has this experience? What to make out of these LUDs in AP?

My 485 is at NSC and I-140 under EB-1EA is also pending at NSC.

Your insight will be highly appreciated.
 
Dont worry about those LUDS, I also received the LUD on my last AP even after the approval. I think it does not mean anything..atleast that was my experience

My current EAD expires on DEC 9. Applied for the new EAD on Sept 6th at VSC. Did not hear anything back from them so far..I am little worried now. What are the options I have to get a timely approval.

1) I read on this forum that we can send a expediate fax to VSC, if so do we need to fall in any time line? like 90 days after the receipt date or after passing the processing time posted in VSC?

2) Can I work with expired EAD for limited time? I am a derivative applicat on Employment based GC.

Your comments will be appreciated...and it will help me to seek a solution to this.

The law seems to be very clear, if you have only EAD you can't work until you get the new one.

If you have a H1 then may be you can fall back on that. Some body else should clarify.
I am in the same boat EAD expired SEP end. Applied on SEP14 for EAD AP renewal not heard any thing yet. Not working any more. just waiting for EAD. no h1 to fall back on.
