--YES (Depends on your citizenship why don’t you check Canada consulate site) EAD is not for entry to any country it is for work in US. if you dont have US valid visa stamp in your passport then you can use valid AP to enter US
Can I just travel to Canada with EAD/AP and comeback with them?
