EAD AP sent thru express mail

We sent those appli thru express mail. When we checked the status in USPS it says ''notice left. second attempt will be made tmrw..'' Is there no one to receive the mails? Should we have sentg thru normal mail? any experiance? we r tensed up... Will they{USCIS} receive it?
