EAD/AP RFE !!! Need Help ASAP

[NO_RFE]

I had applied for 2nd EAD/AP renewal in the month of March '04
I just moved to a new apartment in the end of June '04
I called up the National Service Center and did a change of address on 1st July 04.
The customer service person missed my apartment number while doing the change of address.

There was an RFE Issued on EAD/AP on July 12 2004
I had to do a change of address again for my wife and myself on July 14 th 2004

Questions
1. How long does it take for the Change of address to be effective?
2. Where will my RFE letter be sent to? Old or new address
3. If i don't receive the RFE Letter within 14 days what should I do?
4. Is there any way to get the Issued RFE Information?

--- if you did it through NCSC that is BS, better update the USCIS directly by certified return reciept and attach copy of your I-485 filing, your EAD filing( your spouse also need to do the same)
2. Where will my RFE letter be sent to? Old or new address
----- if address is updated through NCSC1-8000 it may still go to the old address, if filed through lawyer it will come to lawyer
3. If i don't receive the RFE Letter within 14 days what should I do?
----- Udate the USCIS directly ASAP
4. Is there any way to get the Issued RFE Information?
