EAD/AP rfe for my wife

can anyone let me know the info

i applied 140/ead/ap/485 both for me and my wife
ead and ap approved for me last week
but today we got email about rfe for my wife EAD and AP

o you anyone who had similar query?

my wife EAD and AP emails from uscis today with following message

On October 6, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional
material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required,
or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.



please let us know we are really depressed

my ead went back to bcsis becoa postman didnt deliver to my address
i dont know when they'll send once again to me

Don't worry. The AP/EAD RFEs are very simple. They would either ask for photocopies of pages of passport or pictures in right format.

Just answer it and you should be ok.

Regarding non-delivery of mail you need to call the NCSC and ask them to sent it again and also it is a good idea to talk to your postman that you are expecting this letter.

now i have to talk to postman who'll deliver to my address

EAD Expiring - Help

My EAD is expiring on 11/6/04. I have filed my EAD renewal on Sep 23rd. I think it is certain that it will not be approved before the current one expires. I believe the local office issues a temporary card only after 90 days of filing.

Can anybody suggest a way out of this. I missed to file 90 days before expiration date.

I applied for my wife's 765/131 renewal on Sept 02, 2004 and it was approved as of yesterday. So you should get it pretty soon.

Yes applied online. First EAD was supposed expire on Nov 7, 2004.

No, VSC.
