Oh BTW... if you check my earlier posts... My spouses renewals were done through Boston INS Office, while mine were through VSC.

What was the mailing date?

What was your mailing date for renewal applications (AP and EAD)?

I think my mailing date was September 3rd. My RD should probably be Sept 5. My ND was however Sept 9. I'm not sure when my lawyer got the receipts, but their website says that they got it on Sept 13 th.

I have posted all the details I had in my original post. Here's the EAC number of my EAD/ Renewals.
EAC-02-279-xxxxx
As far as your other questions are concerned...I'm sorry I don't know the answers to that. You should probably ask your lawyer.
I'm sure you renewals are on their way...Hope you get them soon.

Fee for AP is $110.
You need to send copies of your old AP.
Copy of your passport.
Copy of your I-94 (latest)
Copy of your EAD (although not required, its good to be safe than sorry).
And copy of your I-485 receipt.

I think thats all you need.
I don't remember the form name, but if you go to the INS website you can get it easily. Here's a list of threads I was refering to during my ead/ap renewal phase. Maybe it will help you.
