I was planning to submit my wife's EAD/AP renewal application to INS.

Should I submit my EAD/AP renewal application with my wife's application.My company pays(lawyer fees) for my application.But will not pay for my wife's application. Or is it better to send both the renewal applicaiton in one package.

Do I need to submit my I-140 approval notice with wife's EAD/AP renewal application?If I need to do this wont it confuse INS since the I-140 approval is in my name

Also do I need to submit my marriage certificate with wife's EAD/AP renewal application.
 
copies of I140 approval, your I485 receipt, marriage certificate are all required for dependent I485 application.
All EAD and AP applications are processed faster if you put them in separate envelopes (since the actual PO boxes are different).

Enclose your I485 receipt and letter explaining what you are trying to do in all apps.

Thank you very much jaxen for replying to my questions.

I was attempting to send my spouse's AP renewal application to INS. On the INS website I did not find any mailing address for I-131(AP application).There were PO Boxes(mailing address for different kinds of applications) but nothing specific of I-131.Can you send me the mailing addres s for I-131 Application form?

See the link for your service center. Every service center has a big table of application types and PO boxes.

I am planning to renew my wife's EAD/AP applications. Should I include my 485 receipt notice with that application?

Here are the documents that I have prepared for her. Please comment if I miss any document.

EAD Check List

1. A check $120.00 for I-765 renewal fee.
2 photos which fits INS requirement with A# and name written with pencil on back.
3. Cover Letter
4. I -765 Renewal Application
5. Original Form I-797 D (from last EAD)
6. A copy of last EAD(front and back)
7. A copy of Form I-94 Departure Record(front and back)
8. A copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
9. A copy of last I-765 Receipt Notice
10. Marriage Cetificate for secondary applicant.
11. A copy of my spouse I-140 Approval

AP Check List

1. A Check $110 for I-131 renewal
2. 2 photos
3. Cover Letter
4. Advance parole (I-131) Application.
5. Copy of current advance parole document.
6. Copy of I-94 (both sides)
7. Copy of I-485 receipt notice
8. Marriage Certificate for secondary applicant
9. A copy of last I-131 Receipt Notice
10. A copy of my spouse I-140 Approval

The list is excessive. I dont see why the following docs are reqd..

EAD: 5 (6 is enough), 7,9,10,11
AP: 5,6,8,9,10

Copy of 140 is required only if the approval came after 485 RD.
