EAD/AP Renewal

I need to apply for EAD/AP renewal for my wife. they are expiring in sept, 8th. 2005.

I would like to know the following. Where Can I download forms? Do I need to write one covering letter for both or different letters?

And the forms that I donwloaded from USCIS mentioned that exp. date 06/30/04 and 04/30/2005 on 131/765 forms. Can I use those forms?

download forms from uscis.gov they should have the current copy always.

I succesfully renewed both AP and EAD. I sent paper applications for both.
It took 1 month to get both approved from VSC.

did you fill on a system or a hand written.?

because I could fill 765 on system but not 131.? any suggestions?
