EAD/AP Online renewal
Now they support online filing of both EAD and AP applications, and you can apply for these documents for your family together. You still have to send in supporting paperwork, two copies of photo for AP though, and will still need to to the local ASC for electronic photo/fingerprints for the EAD.
Got a few questions:
EAD application:
1) Date of previous EAD: Is this the Notice date or the Receipt date?
2) At the end of the form, where it asks for "Please provide information concerning your eligibility status:", we need to put the receipt # for both 485 and 140 right?
AP Application:
3) It is hell bent on getting the Middle initial, now I don't have a middle initial. It gives a warning:
WARNING: It is suggested that you provide your Middle Initial. Failure to do so may result in your application or petition being delayed or denied.
I am hoping this is nothing to worry about.
