EAD/AP Renewal question

I am applying for EAD / AP renewal. Our EAD expires on 12/26/02 and AP expires on 12/17/02

Do I need to attach employment letter with the application?
My all documents are ready to be sent to INS and it will be
at least a week or so to get this letter from my employer.

Can I file for renewal without Emploment letter? Shall I attach my latest paystub instead?

Please advise, Thanks.
 
Employment letter not needed

Paystub or employment letter not required for EAD or AP application.
EAD:
2 photos, check, copy of EAD (front & back)

AP:
2 photos, check, why I need AP letter

Attaching I94 is optional, most do it. Write your name and A# on the back of the photos and write your A#, receipt numbers in all documents including cover letter (except I131, I765 forms) as a footer in bold.
