EAD/AP Renewal Question

Hi,

Please see my signature for details. I need your opinion for the EAD/AP renewal for my spouse.

1. My spouse's EAD/AP expires in June/July '08. Can I apply for their renewal now?

2. Will there be a finger-printing requirement for the renewal? We had finger print in June 2007 when we applied 485/765/131 together?

3. Is it better to efile or paper file?

4. My wife will be out of USA from April to June this year. She has an AP valid till end June. Can I file for her EAD/AP renewal and let her leave for India in April. Is there any risk? She can still use her current AP to enter when she comes back in early June, right?

AP renewal documents

Hi

I am on H1 and have approved EAD.

Do I need to send H1 copy or EAD copy along with other documents for AP renewal?

In the AP Instructions documents, asking a document for supporting current status.
