Have a couple of questions on EAD and AP.
My wife's 485 RFE (dependant application) has been submitted to CSC in March and her EAD / AP are coming up for renewal in Aug. I am the primary beneficiary of the application and I have already got my gc.
We still havent heard from CSC on the status of her RFE. My question is
a> how long is it currently taking from filing to renew the EAD / AP ?
b> What is the process for filing the renewal if I am doing this myself as opposed to going thru a lawyer ?
