EAD+AP renewal, documents with appln.

Hi,

When I applied for the EAD and AP renewals for both me and my wife I didnt submit any marriage certificates for my wifes renewals. There were no instructions in the application forms that stated that there was a need for marriage certificates etc.

So I am a little confused now that I have already filed the applications for renewal and dont know what to expect. We are in the AOS stage, past FP and > 365 days past 485 filing.

U dont need to file marriage certs. for EAD.
sometimes INS mismathces apps and produces a RFE about marriage cert. be patient and reply. If U didnot receive a RFE for mariage cert, dont worry. There are many babus who got a citizen to marry for GC and that particular officer is confusing yr case with a bogus one...
