EAD/AP Renewal and USCIS Lady

Hello All,

Today I spoke to a woman in USCIS regarding my AP/EAD renewal-here is what she had to say.Please verify what she said is alright or not.

Her statements
1. Attach 1 original of AP

2.Write both checks on Department of Homeland Security-Its a new 'thing' passed 2 weeks back and will shortly be there on all the forms.

3.No need for marriage certificate(even for secondary applicants) as EAD and AP are own documents and not dependant ones.

4. No need for paspport xeroxes.


I am little skeptic regarding her statements.Please comment.
