EAD , AP Renewal and I-94 Expired

Hi all

I am going to renew my EAD and AP, have following questions, please clarify them.

1. My wife is working on EAD and her I-94 is expired. Can I send her expired I-94 for EAD and AP renewal?

2. My H1-B will be expiring by 12/15/2005 and applied for 7 th year extension. Can I send current H1B approval notice and 7 th year extension receipt notice for EAD and AP renewal?

1. In my opinion you can, but check with your lawyer.

2. I don't think H1b approval notice is acceptable as a reason for applying EAD/AP, as I understand you need to send the copy of I485 Receipt Notice while filing for EAD/AP renewal (check with your lawyer to confirm).
