EAD / AP renew

This is a good idea to also attach a new employment verification letter and paystubs with these renewal petitions. It is not required but since all files are consolidated into one (by A number), there is a chance that 485 adjucator might have a look at these new documents and hopefully will not send RFE.

Just a thought.
 
I don't think INS keeps record of support documents in their system. (I took a peek at their computer when I applied for iEAD in INS local office.) Plus EAD/AP/485 all go to different departments. So my guess is attaching more documents doesn't really help. It should be a good idea to attach only the documents INS requires.
 
Tell you the truth, I am not sure. But I have an experience with this. Somehow we forgot to attach marriage cert with my wife's AP and EAD. Since she has different last name, we knew that there was a sure shot RFE.

We submitted this doc (in reply to RFE for AP ), months later she got EAD without RFE . This tells me that somehow EAD file has knowlegde about it..
