EAD & AP petitions withdrawl...Urgent request

Hi All,

Any idea on EAD & AP withdrawl?

Is withdrawl a separate petition (like I-131,I-751)? If so what are petition numbers?

Or is it a simple request letter asking BCIS to withdraw the petition for EAD/AP?

Do we get a receipt notice for the withdrawl petition just like we do when applications for EAD/AP are filed?

Also do we get a confirmation from BCIS that petition is withdrawn?

Kindly please let me know.

You can try sending a letter with receipt notice copies. Not sure whether BCIS will confirm it. However you can check the online status once in a while and might get a confirmation there...
 
Jaxen,

My attorney has sent a withdrawl letter for EAD asking them not to process EAD.

However BCIS has approved my EAD and I have received the card despite this withdrawl request.
