EAD/AP (paper based) renewal checklist

my friend used Advance parole to eanter her last entry(AOS pending) to enter into the US.
So what status we should write in the I 765 application form for:

item 15 (Current Immigration status), her h1 still valid but she used AP to enter last time) .
item 14 (Manner of last entry Immigration status)- she used AP to enter last time so what words to wirte here?)
Any reply will be appreciated
 
for EAD form I-765, USCIS Fees,2 Photographs, Copy of pending I-485 reciept notice, Copy of the passport page that has your name, DOB and Photo. Copy of your DL.
For AP: form I-131 USCIS fees,2 Photographs, Copy of pending I-485 reciept notice, Copy of the passport page that has your name, DOB and Photo. Copy of your DL.
*** you can also attach copy of expired or valid EAD with EAD application
** You can also attach Copy of valid or expired AP with AP application

if confused then write on cover letter the item number and can explain. sign the cover letter or extra sheet with date, your name, dob,A# and I-485 reciept number , signature and adddress
