EAD/AP from VSC Dec 04 filers

I applied for first ead/ap for me and my wife at vsc.
we both got rfe for clear copies of passport for ead./ap on jan 27
I have responded rfes by feb 03.
There is not lud or approval till now .
I am bit concerned as i already made travel plans for end of april and we need atleast AP approved.
Does any one have similar issue or any sugestion ????

call them and inquire abt status...My dates are similar to u, i replied for RFE on 4th feb 05 but nothing happened....I did make a call, with in couple of days my EAD/AP approved.Good Luck!

EAD/AP Filed at VSC in Jan05

I-140 & I485 ND Jan21.
I140 AD 02/16
EAD AD 2/21
RFE on AP for Photoes on 2/28. RFE answer received by VSC on 3/15. LUD changed everyday till 3/18, but no approval Yet. I've requested my lawyer to make call on April first week. Have travel plans in May and have bought tickets in Feb expecting AP will approve by then.

Can you explain, How long you waited after RFE was sent and , how long it took to get an Approval after you made call. My Lawyer says we have to wait 2 weeks after answering RFE.
 
Try Calling NSC,National Customer Service Center at (800) 375 – 5283,they may not provide much information but soon u will notice a LUD changes in ur case and eventually approval/RFE etc..
 
Please...any thoughts

My wife got an RFE for clear copies of PP for EAD and AP. Please see the signature. LUD every day from last 3 days but no approval. I am worried.
 
Today I called Vermont Service Center
I asked office if I had any problem with my ead application
He said -- There is no problem with the application and it would be approved shortly at the max it would take 30 day from today
Hope it would get approved sooner
