EAD & AP Combo expiring soon!

Hey guys, I have my case still pending and my ead & ap will be expiring in the next 3 months.
I want to know what I need to send in to renew them. Since I have a pending I-130 & I-485 do I need to submit with fees?
Assuming you filed the I-485 after the Summer 2007 fee changeover, you can file for the renewal of EAD and AP without paying fees. The forms are I-765 and I-131, the same forms you used to apply for them the first time.
Ok just need the clarification, yes I did file after Summer 2007, actually last year so I guess I would fall in that category. I'm awaiting a decision from, it's been 4 months and nothing yet. I had submitted the evidence that was ask for and now I'm just waiting. However I want to send in the EAD AP for renewal, soon seeing that they will be expired soon. So do I just submit them with a copy of the I-485 NOA?

Yes, just fill out the I-765 and I-131 and include a copy of the I-485 receipt notice without any fee. However, some other documents are required ... you're also supposed to include a copy of the soon-to-expire EAD/AP (and there might be other documents needed ... check the I-765 and I-131 instructions for details).
