TheRealCanadian said:Of course. Just fill out forms I-765 and I-131 for each of you, print them out and submit with a check for each, photographs as required and a copy of your I-485 receipts - or e-File.
485 is YOUR petition and its YOUR attorney.JLCF485 said:That is the problem. I requested a copy of I-485 receipts and they did not give them to me.

They should absolutely give it to you - PERIOD.
Otherwise you can file a FOIA request and get the documents.
And yeah, at that time it'll be a wise idea to change your attorney as well.

First, what is FOIA?
Second, the Attorney is our Company's and they pay him. I didn't pay anything when filing LC/140/485. Does that give them the right to hold on to my receipts without giving me a copy.

Let them do it for you.
