EAD/AP approval delayed

I received EAD/AP approval a month ago. But my wife did not receive approvals as of today. I have applied EAD/AP on Dec 9th 2004. Any ideas...

call them. Thats the only thing we can do from our end.

I called them yesterday . The customer service lady mentioned takes another 30 days to process. I do not know why ?

Any December fillers got the AP and EAD.
