EAD, AP - Application Form Question

Guys,
I have a couple of questions on what to fill in the EAD and AP application form.

I have recently entered US on my AP (this is the first time I have used AP). What should I fill in the form for the following:

EAD form:
Item No. 14 - Manner of Last Entry
Item No. 15 - Current Immigration Status

AP form:
Part 1, Item No. 3 - Class of Admission

Please advice.

Item No. 14 - Manner of Last Entry -------Advance Parole
Item No. 15 - Current Immigration Status----------Adj. of status--I-485 pending

AP form:
Part 1, Item No. 3 - Class of Admission---------Advance Parole
