My lawyers are giving me the option of applying for EAD and AP along with the AOS application. I donot intend on changing my employer. My first term for H1 expires in December
1. Does getting EAD and AP affects my H1 status, can I get H1 extension once my current H1 expires, can I get my H1 transfer, if I get laidoff.
2 Can I travel on H1 status even if I have AP and working for the same company
3. What can I salvage, if I get laidoff before 180 days.
