EAD, AP 3rd renewal - NSC _ URGENT TRAVEL!!!

guys,

its been around 8 weeks aand I have not recd any approval, last time i recd it in 4 wks...i need to urgently travel in another 3 wks? can i go to the local office and explain my case? will that help? will calling the uscis help?

USCIS says apply EAD AP 6 months advance. I dont think local office will help
