EAD and Retrogression

If the dates retrogress in fall as per Murthy,
what will hapen to my application filed while dates are current.
If by the time my application processed for EAD and if dates are not current then, do they still issue EAD as I filed for 485 while dates are current
 
Once you apply for 485, you can enjoy the benifits provided by pending AOS, like applying for EAD/AP even if the dates retrogress again.
