If one had submitted an I-485/EAD/AP back in the days when all priority dates were current, then at the time when the dates retrogressed, and the priority date was no longer current, wouldn't the I-485 EAD and AP all be put on hold?
Would the person get an EAD, or even an EAD renewal (next year, assuming the priority date is still not current) if the priority dates are not current, and this I-485 was already submitted?
