Here is my detail. I am with H-1B and My husband with F-1 visa. At the end of March I got 1-140 approve notice from Texas center. As my husband is F-1 student, we had to pay none-residency tuition for his education, which is very expensive. So we decided to change his status to H-4, which will benifit residency tuition. We turned in his H-4 application this week and we are waiting for INS response. At the same time I am preparing I-485 and EAD application. After seeing the disccusion of power1289\'"...EAD denial", I was terrified. So I want to ask any suggestions from your experts.
Which way is better for us, one is turn in 1-485 application with EAD application, which has the my husband\'s F-1 information on it; another way is turn in I-485 application without EAD application until my husband\'s H-4 approved. Or we can do either of two way?
I got lessons from this: never do something which you do not know very well. Thank you for any response. ty
