1. My H4 expires in Dec,2005, Can I apply for a H4 extension eventhough I'm working on an EAD right now. After I get my H4 approval,will it supercede my EAD ? Can I still continue to work ?
2. I'm working on EAD and when I enter U.S after vacation from India,can I use H4 visa at the port of entry (OR) Should I only use AP to reenter ?
