hi,
I'm on H4 and also have EAD based on pending GC application filed along with my husband. My problem is that I shall be starting my residency in july this year on EAD. Last year in November my visa got expired and my husband filed for an extension for both his H1 and my H4 and we'v got the extension now.
Now my problem is that one of my friends told me that her lawyer didn't file for her H4 along with her husband's H1 saying that it would be a problem if she is going to start her residency on EAD. Is he right in saying that???
Please do reply as I'm very worried now cause I just got my H4 extension and am planning to start residency on EAD. Thanks.
