EAD and H1B questions?

Hi,
I have a question regarding EAD and H1B.
Me and my wife got our EAD recently. She is on H4. She started working on her EAD.
1) So, what will be her visa status now as she is working on her EAD? Her H4 got invalid?
2) Does that mean that my H1 will become invalid as she is working on EAD approved through me?
3)Or my H1B will become invalid only if I use my EAD?

1. Yes H4 is no longer is valid. But she can go back to h4 - and not work
2. No
3. Yes, H1 gets superceded, not invalid.

That was helpful. Again what do you mean by going back to H4? If she stops working on EAD, then her status will be automatically considered as H4 or some paperwork is involved in this?
 
If she has a h4 valid stamp, yes. But if she used AP to travel , then a quick visit to nearest POE and new I94 will confirm her status to H4.
